Linda,so sorry to hear another old friend gone. A.neighbor from childhood. A lovely person inside and out. You will be missed
I HAVEN'T POSTED A COMMENT IN YEARS. But still alive and kicking. Truth is I dread checking this webpage! Every time I do, I find another classmate has died, and I take this to heart. I find a little part of each of us dies with them. I feel the sadness of family and friends of the classmate and know what it is to lose someone you love more thane yourself. Its been almost 7 years since Steve dies and the nightmare began on Christmas Day 2016 and ended February 27, 2017. He made it through Christmas, New Years, our anniversary. Valentine's Day and my birthday. I can hardly stand Christmas through the end of February andy more. But my God what and effort he made to stay with me. so for all of you who have lost loved ones that I didn't send you sympathy and condolences, please forgive me.
Rick, I just checked the webpage. I am so sorry to hear about Marggi. Although I didn't know her more than to speak of, but I'm sure she was a wonderful person. The loss must be shattering I know. And there is never enough time with one we love. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Janie Simpson Tietz
So sad. I lost Steve after 51 yrs, more than half my life. be so thankful for the memories and photos. Life does indeed go on though. And then there is COVID-19. Wishing you the best. Definitely celebrate his life. And celebrate yours as well. We are all a lot tougher than we ever thought. Janie

Well looks like I am going to miss another class reunion! I have decided Tickhaven is just to much for one person to take care of. So I am in the process of getting set up and moving to Effingham, I'll. What's in Effingham? Well my daughter and her family. And it is time. 15 acres is just to much to keep up and the place was ment for a family and kids! Not a single 73 year old ex nurse. So ..... I will say good bye to it. BUT I am keeping my tractor, mower, chainsaw and the power tools! No telling when I may decide to take up a new career! Wish me luck.
Happy Birthday Dave. Stay young and have many more.

Of course I remember you. I know what you mean about no family left in Ill. I am here, and my daughter Julie and her family are here, but I am beginning to feel like I am going to out live everyone I knew well. Susie is of course in Seattle, so her not getting to every reunion is understandable. Me? I just haven't. no excuses. my husband of 51 years died in 2017 and all of a sudden I am feeling it is a good idea. So barring something major coming up, I intend being there. I wonder if I will recognize any one. Arleen, of course, and peggy lockwood. Susie if she makes it. and a few others. Hope to see you there.

Hey gypsy girl, they have set a date for next reunion, And barring any surprise issues I actually plan to attend. It's been 20 or more years since I have been up to Crystal Lake and It is questionable I will even know my way around, but I am going to try. Hope to see you there. But if not, maybe I could fly up to Washington some time.
